Shipping and payment

Given the nature of the product, we devote particular care and attention to packaging the truffles, ensuring that they are still completely fresh when they reach our customers' tables.

Before shipping, the fresh truffles are boxed in insulated polystyrene containers.

A cold Gel Pack is placed inside the package to ensure that the truffles are kept at a constant low temperature throughout their journey.

Orders are usually processed within 2-3 working days, although they may sometimes take a few days more than expected.

This is because our truffle hunters supply us with our products directly, procuring fresh truffles on the day.

In order to ensure rapid delivery, all orders are shipped by express courier and usually reach their destination within 24-48 hours at most from the time of shipping

Goods can be paid for with a credit card via PayPal or by bank transfer in advance.
